Hello,

Just to let ya'll know, I'm still lurking, and getting ready to post lots of pictures.

I moved to Missoula Montana to pursue a geography masters degree, doin' temperate rainforest conservation biogeography.

Many a picture of glacier national park to upload, and my beloved homeland from the summer.

But for now... just two of my favorites.

Sunrise from the summit of Slide Mountain, in the Kyaaterzqkillz - Looks like a painting, the hike up to there is a story in itself... what a painful, sleep deprived day.

You LUCKY dog! I would love to move to Montana. GNP is my favorite place to hike. Missoula is still a ways from Glacier, but close enough to visit on weekends. There are some good places to hike outside of Missoula too.

On a sadder note, I was suppose to be backpacking in Glacier right now. I was going to love on Aug 31 and come back on Sept 9th. But, scheduling at work got in the way. I was going to start at Logan Pass and go down the Highline Trail to Goat Haunt. If I had gone, I would be descending down to Kinta Lake right now. Probably would have been looking at Hole-in-the-Wall at this moment.

Glacier is awesome! Love your picture of hole in the wall near Kintla Lake. Really demonstrates the name. You're going to love it there.
