Last year we had mountain lion tracks in the Kaaterskill Clove. Yesterday, we found more sheared coyote fur on top of Viola Falls. Looks just like how a cougar shears an animal. But, we couldn't tell how old it was. Coyote remains were not found. Found in a hollowed out ravine where an ambush would have been possible.

It was a coyote. But, the hair was flatten down, so it might have happen last December.
