Notes About the Huckleberry Bike Park

The Mountain Bike is the least known Bike Park in the Catskill Mountains. It is located on the corner of Colonial Golf Course and the Tannersville Rail Trail.

Most of the bike trails in the Huckleberry Bike Park are not harden. But, very few people know about this bike park. If you do visit, it is possible you will be the only person there.

    PARKING AREA at the bottom of ALLEN LANE

    This is the parking area at the bottom of Allen Lane for the Huckleberry Bike Park. This is a turnaround for trucks and cars, so make sure you park off in the grass far enough that you do not impede trucks.
    LOWER END of DRIVING RANGE ACCESS ROAD

    Across the street from the lower parking area on Allen Lane is the bottom of Driving Range Access Road. Motorized vehicles may NOT drive up this part of the road. But, mountain bikes and hikers can go up-and-down this section of Driving Range Access Road.
    SPORTS FIELD - UPPER DRIVING RANGE ACCESS ROAD
    Sports Field in Huckleberry Bike Park
    This is the Sports Field off the upper section of Driving Range Access Road. You can park on the side of the road next to the forest. Plenty of room for quite a few cars.

    The mountain bike trails branch off the Sports Field.
    PARKING AREA off BLOOMER ROAD

    This is the small parking area off the side of Bloomer Road for the Huckleberry Bike Park and Tannersville Rail Trail. Make sure that you are completely off the paved road. It holds a couple of cars.
    TRAIL ACCESS from BLOOMER ROAD

    This is the access to the Huckleberry Bike Park from Bloomer Road. It is located on the side of Bloomer Road. About 50 feet from the parking area. If you walk just past the Tannersville Rail Trail, you will see the entry trail
      ACCESS TRAIL to PANCHO VILLA'S

    This is the access trail from the Driving Range Access Road on the lower section of Huckleberry Bike Park.
      TRAILHEAD to PANCHO VILLA'S TRAIL
    Trailhead for the Pancho Villa's Trail in the Huckleberry Bike Park
    From the Access Road, you will see the Pancho Villa's Trail. The Pancho Villa's Trail runs next to the Tannersville Rail Trail
