There are actually quite a few easy ones:

North/South Lake region - numerous hikes around the region.
Kaaterskill High Peak - West access
Huckleberry Point on Kaaterskill Mtn Range
Snowmobile trail on Kaaterskill Mtn Range
Plattekill Mtn
Echo Lake
Overlook Mtn
Hunter Mtn from Spruceton Road
Balsam Lake Mtn Fire Tower

These are just a few off the top of my head. I think we have all of them listed here on the site.

Nice list. You can also include Acra Point, Burnt Knob, and Windham High Peak. I like snowshoeing in North/South Lake area.

I am going to have to try some of these. Mike, when are you an Alexis going out again?

Hopefully, this weekend! :D

We hiked over at North/South Lake a couple weeks ago. Had a very good time. I don't think Mike posted it on-line. We were at Druid's Rock, Puddingstonehall, Boulder Rock, and the old Catskill Mountain House site. Very nice day for hiking. Maybe 5 miles.

I plan on hiking either Saturday or Sunday. Probably something simple. It really depends upon if we get that storm this weekend (Sat night).
