It's a tad late, but I wanted to post some images from earlier in the fall. On September 18 the Catskills (in fact, much of the East coast) was hit by a slow moving storm. I don't know the final rainfall, but it was a steady rain for a 12 straight hours. I was staying in the Platte Clove area and had a chance to witness how much the landscape changed in a few short hours. (You can read more about it here: http://wp.me/pMG9a-4X). I've been posting to the "Photography" group, but as these are just documentary photos (i.e. I had to use my cell phone to avoid getting my gear soaked), I thought it might be more appropriate here.

Great representation of before-and-after pictures. I usually only take pictures from Bridal Veil Falls from the lookout. I have been down to Plattekill Falls at high water, but the spray makes it difficult.
