Just want say hello

Hello to all.
As my login shows I reside in NJ, although I am a native Staten Islander. My wife and I have vacant land in East Worcester and we are eager to start to build. The property was originally my grandparents vacation home which was bought back in the 60's. I spent many summers vacationing on what was an old dairy farm. Sadly a fire burn all the building so rebuilding is on the agenda. I actually have spent last year brush hogging and opening up some majorly over grown fields. I am lucky to have a local farmer haying about 12 acres.
I am very much into the stewardship mentality for the land and it's animals. I belong to NYFOA and other similar organizations.
