How's it going, everyone? My name is Miriam, I'm a newbie to the forums and I'm about to visit the Catskill Mountains for the very first time. It's a place my aunt always used to visit, but it was more of a "grown-ups" place. Obviously, I'm an adult now (24 years old) and I'm stoked about finally visiting this beautiful, mountainous area. I really can't wait to do some skiing, mountain climbing or any sort of outdoorsy activity. Perhaps you guys can recommend stuff to do!
Anyway, I'm glad to be here! Take it easy, folks!

After visiting the Catskills, zoom ankle braces are things I'll be using for a while.

Re: Hiya Hi!
Welcome to the forum. It is hard to recommend a place. Most like to ski at Hunter. It is a skiers mtn. Windham is a family mtn. There some other smaller places some people like. To get started hiking, I would try North-South lake. It is fairly flat and there are a lot of good places to hike and ski. A lot of snowmobiles, but you can get away from them fairly easily. There are many other places to hike, but they are more rugged.
