Old Boulder Rock Plane Crash

My son and I were hiking the horse trail from the Catskill Mountain House on South Mountain when we decided to leave the trail and hook up with a marked trail.
While bushwhacking to the marked trail, quite by accident,we came across the remnants of a plane that had crashed some time ago. We knew about the crash and that people had tried to carry pieces of it out but were still surprised to accidently find it.
