After 4-5" of rain, there has been flooding. Some roads have been closed. Water is running over Spruceton Road. Reports of heavy raining and wind on the Mountaintop. Some have been without power most of the day.

The stream levels rose quickly to overflow conditions. But, they then fell back to reasonable levels almost as quickly. Some roads were closed for a brief period of time on Dec 1. By Dec 2 most of the roads were reopened to traffic. Some minor storm damage did occur. This was considered a minor storm. About 5" of rain was recorded in Tannersville, NY. Here are a few pictures:
