Bridge

Was going today to go to Sherman's Lookout (Indian Head) when I started the Plattekill Preserve Trail and the bridge was gone. A note at the trail sign-in said was being replaced. I didn't have the right gear to cross the stream which was flowing pretty strong after the heavy rain. Is there a Web-Sight where I could have found out about this? Thanks.

It collapsed unexpectedly. They were suppose to replace it quickly, but it appears that didn't happen. You can also get there from Prediger Road too.
Shouldn't try to cross the creek when it is high. Plattekill Falls is about 100' below the bridge.

Looks like they are scheduled to start on the bridge on June 29th.
