Loop Trail,Decent Views

I am looking for a good loop trail that is between 18-24 miles,with some water sources. I was thinking about the escarpmet (Even thought it's linear),but after reading i noticed water supplies are limited. My plan is to go the second week of NOV.We have a party of 4. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
