This morning I headed out on Rt 23 over Elm Ridge Pass and down the Peck Road. From Peck Road I walked up Rt 56 (Big Hollow Road) to the BH Trail head. From there I check all the bridges. When we came back on Rt 56 (Big Hollow Road) we discovered by Windham and Prattsville were flooded. The Batavia Kill Reservoir overflowed doing significant damage.

Re: Rt 23 to BH parking area
I should also note this about the Parking Areas (PA):
Windham (Rt 23): Park on the grass. The State DOT has taken over the PA.
Windham (Peck Rd): Town is replacing a culvert near the PA. Should be done today.
Blackhead (Big Hollow Road): Park in the turnaround area. But, make SURE you do not prevent trucks from turning around.
Blackhead (Stork Road): Road was washed out, but partially repaired.
Pisgah: Both PA are open. The upper one has a tricky entrance - stick to the left
N-S Lake (Scutt): Told it was good
N-S Lake (Laurel House Rd): Told it was good
KHP (Palenville): okay
KHP (Devil's Kitchen): okay
Indian Head: Prediger Rd PA is washed out
Devil's Path: Other PA are reported to be okay
Rt 214: may open shortly from Hunter to Lanesville
