Vehicle Breakin - Thief Caught!

I guess the pair has been breaking into cars at Trail Heads for the past 6 months. I never had a problem. It sounds like they were breaking into cars near Kaaterskill Falls. Lots of cars there.

They do patrol the PA's more often then people think. When there is a problem, they will put up cameras to catch them. Last year, a group on the mountaintop was dumping garbage at the Devil's Kitchen. They were later caught and fined.
