From September 17 to 24th, 2018, Rt 23a will be closed for repairs. Alternate routes are:
1. Rt 28 from Kingston to Rt 214 from Phoenicia to Rt 23a in Hunter
2. Platte Clove Road from Saugerties
3. Rt 23 from Cario to Rt 296 from Windham to Hunter
