Softec Soles

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the past year. I was told to try the Softec inserts. I ordered them (about $45). When you get them, you heat them up in the oven (set at 200). When the inserts get to about 160 degrees, you remove them and insert them into your shoes. You then stand in them for about 15 minutes. They will then conform around your feet. I have been using them for about 10 days. Have had some great improvements. I recommend this product as a good one. Well worth the $45 bucks.

there are two models. I got the one that has more padding.
