Fisher in East Jewett

My camera trap caught what appears to be a Fisher. Off 23C in East Jewett. Much bigger than the mink I saw face to face in Diamond Notch a few weeks ago. Have some video, but not sure I can upload, so here's a photo.

Sure looks like a fisher!

And it looks very like the beast I saw slinking across the trail a month ago in twilight coming down off the rise between Whitehouse and the Mud Pond lean-to up in the ADK's. Beautiful creatures, they are. Nice capture with the camera trap, fishers are shy and hard to photograph.

Seen them a number of times, but I have never been able to photograph one. Usually, they are moving fast. Sort of like miniature wolverines.

Nice capture of one!

Same goes for bobcats.Tried many times to photograph one, but each time they move off very quickly. They can hear the camera. Most will walk around my trail cam.
