I'll jump in and say this is the Haines family graveyard on the small knoll by the pond on the Mountaintop Historical Society campus in Haines Falls. It's on the right as you walk down the railroad bed, just before you come to the wall at the car dealership. Please note, it is not part of the MTHS campus, it is private property.
Samuel Rusk ran a hotel called the Claremont just in front of here.
Samuel E. Rusk was the son of John W. Rusk and Lucy J. Haines Rusk. Lucy was the daughter of Aaron Haines, who owned the Haines Falls House. Samuel went into his father-in-law's business, building the Loxhurst in 1894 (where the MTHS visitor center is now). After selling the Loxhurst to C.A. Martin, he built the Claremont next door in 1905. Haven't been able to find anything on Winifred, and I find no other children listed in the census.
